Booking & Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. The deposit does not go toward the cost of your service and is non-refundable for any reason. The only exception is if the salon has to cancel, for example if your stylist is unavailable or there is a problem on our end; then your deposit is refunded. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours, appointments can be rescheduled but not cancelled. If you cancel within 48 hours or don't show up, the deposit is kept by the salon. To reschedule, text us at (240) 217-0335.
